Hannah Aldarraji participated in the Out of School Youth work experience program from August 2015 to January 2016. Prior to enrolling into the program she had no previous work history and needed help finding employment.

During her time in the program she completed her 320 work hours at Factory Connection, a local clothing store.  She obtained employment with Factory Connection after the program ended and is still currently employed there.

When asked about her experience with the program Hannah said the greatest benefit for her was, “Being able to have a job to help pay expenses, and getting use to going to work every day."  Hannah also says that her favorite part of the program was, “Being able to talk to Ali Hill (career advisor) about my work experience ."

Hannah says that she would recommend others to participate in the program if eligible because, “It’s been very helpful for me and it will be for you too.” Hannah plans to continue her current employment and also enroll into college classes soon.
