KCEOC Community Action Partnership is seeking a qualified individual to fill the Supportive Housing Case Manager position. The position will assist homeless youth (ages 18-24) in Bell, Clay, Harlan, Knox, & Whitley Counties (Main office will be located in Knox County) with rapid re-housing services. In addition, they will provide tenant based rental assistance to both homeless and non-homeless households. The individual must also be willing to be trained to become a HUD Certified Housing Counselor. Case Managers are responsible for assisting homeless youth clients with securing housing, obtaining employment, accessing mainstream resources, and completing other duties as necessary to assist them in becoming self-sufficient. A degree in human services, sociology, social work, psychology, or similar field degree required. One year work experience hi human services required; case management experience required. Applicants must also have computer skills and be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
